Casual Dining Group own and operate some of the UK’s favourite restaurant brands, including Cafe Rouge, Bella Italia and Belgo.  Their Head Quarter’s office is located in a Grade II Listed Victorian office building in Euston, once home to the Railway Clearing House.   This historic terrace  originally formed the Railway Clearing House in 1842. The building is now split into a number of tenancies, providing a variety of office and associated accommodation.

One of the key components of the new office environment is a demonstration kitchen, which is located on the ground floor, open to all members of staff. The new demonstration kitchen will strengthen the groups brand identify, both internally, and externally, as it will be highly visible from the street. The new office areas throughout the building create opportunities for flexibility in the work life, and encourage teams to come together.  We have worked closely with the Listed Building officer in order to enable the realisation of the client’s non-traditional brief within one of Camden’s important heritage assets.
